Using Audio-Visual Equipment (NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME)
For Students who have completed the Basic AV Equipment Course.
Reserving Audio-Visual Equipment
Sign in with your full name, grade, and room number on the AV Equipment Log Sheet.
Wait until you are called.
Working with the Audio-Visual Equipment
Be sure your hands are clean.
Tell the library staff as soon as you need it if there are AV equipment issues.
Ask for help as soon as you need it.
Using Audio-Visual Equipment for Presentations
Be sure you have reserved the AV equipment ahead of your scheduled date. List all the people who will be handling the equipment.
Be sure your hands are clean.
Be sure the equipment is loaded and secured correctly.
Ask for help as soon as you need it to avoid accidents.
Be sure to let others know that you are responsible for the equipment and only those who have signed can handle the equipment
Be sure to return the AV equipment to the library as soon as you have completed your presentation.
Be sure to sign out with the library staff.
